Shipping is included in the product pricing to all Continuous Mainland United States Cities, unless otherwise stated. Orders are often shipped on Multiple Carriers when more than one brand is ordered and ships from another warehouse.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, US Islands, Canada, Puerto Rico and other Countries outside the US may choose to contact and use a freight forwarded to continue the shipment from the US mainland.
Most items up to 150 lbs and boxed under 130 inches total Girth are shipped on a smaller home delivery truck.
A motor freight carrier is used for larger orders and is set for a curb side delivery unless additional services are ordered before shipment. Additional services are: Lift gate required, inside delivery or a special truck because of residency requirements. Freight loads may also be shipped to the closest terminal for a “Hold at Terminal for Pickup” before it is shipped out. Most motor freight carriers will allow you to pick up your order at the terminal if scheduled ahead of time. You will need your legal picture ID to receive it. For Residential motor freight deliveries the freight company will call to schedule a window of time when they can be in your area for the delivery. Someone must be present to sign for and check the delivery and to note any holes in boxes, crush boxes, missing boxes, etc. on the freight bill of lading. Pictures are also helpful if there may be a problem? Items in crushed boxes are usually ok.
Special permission must be granted before ordering to obtain shipping to military APO and FPO address. The US Post Office restrictions are no longer than 47 inches and 108 lbs.
If an order is not deliverable, rejected or canceled after it shipped a 35% shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the full purchase price to help cover expenses incurred at the fault of the buyer.

To return an item it must be in the original unopened box and a return authorization number and return address must be obtained first. All unauthorized returns will be rejected and no refund will be approved. Customer must pay freight to return the unwanted item and a 20% deduction in the purchase price will be withheld to cover the out going shipping and restocking expenses.
