Most products are shipped out in 1-3 working days. Receipt time is usually 1-2 weeks. In rare circumstances a shipment may take 3 weeks or longer. .
To help control high overhead and double shipping cost Alpha Fitness Equipment will ship your product from one or more affilliate warehouses closer to your location.
All tracking numbers are sent by email through our order system. You also may call us at 985-635-7307 or email us by replying to your order confirmation should concerns arise about your order?
Most products do very well in transit and a damaged box usually does not mean that there is interior damage. Open the box and assemble your new exercise machine and if there are badly damaged unusable parts call us at 985-635-7307 or reply to your order confirmation to email us with your order # and parts numbers from the Product Manuel and we will send out the replacement parts and have the damages picked up. Pictures may be required and are always appreciated when requesting damaged replacement parts. Slightly scratched parts are not considered unusable.
Damage claims and parts request must be and are done best by replying to your order confirmation or you may call us at 985-635-7307. You will need a RA number and a ship to address from us to assure a proper routing and refund for your return. Returns without an RA number are rejected and send back to the sender. Please use pictures of damages whenever possible. Pictures of damages are required for discount claim assessments.
